Gourmet Gluten-Free Cooking Classes

Gourmet Gluten-Free cooking classes are being offered at the Blue Sky Ranch located in the Historic town of Tubac, Arizona. These classes will be taught by Dr. Nancy Aton, NMD, Naturopathic physician, preceptor in Dr. Andrew Weil's Program in Integrated Medicine at the University of Arizona Medical College, and by Tori Christie, Executive Chef, former NBC affiliate cook show host and Assistant director of food services for the University of Arizona.
