Gluten-Free Lunch and Dining Groups

It's a great way to actually have worry-free fun eating out. It's also another fine support group event.

We educate chefs & restaurants to our needs as celiacs and they learn from us that there really is a demand for gluten free menus. The only cost for this is what you pay for your own meal.

Gluten-Free Lunch Bunch

The Gluten-Free Lunch Bunch is held at a different restaurant on the first Friday of every month.

Gluten-Free Dining Group

Join your fellow celiacs on the third Tuesday of the month for a gluten-free dining experience.

Roundtable

The Roundtable forum meeting place is the Ward Six City Hall. The address is: 3202 E. 1st St - one (1) block east of Country Club and one (1) block South of Speedway. [Map showing location of Ward Six City Hall]

We meet at 12:30 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of each month except November and December.

Everyone usually brings an ingredient-labeled GF treat, we sit around, eat, discuss, vent and laugh. We also pick up tips and information from people who have 'been there; done that'. You do not have to be a member to attend, and you do not have to bring a GF food/recipe to try. Just show up and see if you want to join after a couple of meetings.
