Reviewer sensitivity: Digestive Symptoms (gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, etc) and can usually (but not always) be certain if they've eaten glutenDescription: When I asked about GF options, the server brought out the chef who was very helpful (and said a relative of his is celiac, so he was very understanding of my concerns). All of the food is prepared fresh on site, so he was able to give information about all ingredients and preparation. The chicken and beef burrito fillings can be served on corn tortillas, and the rice and beans are GF. There are also salads available that are GF. I think it's great to find food service at an attraction like the zoo that is helpful and GF friendly! Ask to talk to the chef on duty with any questions about ingredients or preparation, or to request corn tortillas instead of flour.
