Description: Although Pastiche doesn't have a gluten-free menu, many of their items can be made gluten-free and the servers are very good with helping you select them. I've eaten there many times with no problems. When the SACS Lunch Bunch was there the chef prepared a delicious vegetarian and pasta-free lasagna. Servers are very willing to check out items with the chef, so discuss your needs with them.
