Description: Always a favorite. The wheat free chocolate torte with fresh berries is a delight. This is the site of Dining Club dinners, and they have well trained staff ready to accommodate us. GF Menu and GF Soy Sauce are available.
Comments: Apr 16, 2017: Though they are careful about Gluten-Free preparation, they don't mention on the menu that ALL of the GF savory selections except for the one vegan dish all contain OYSTER SAUCE. I have a seafood allergy and found out about that one the hard way! Commentor's sensitivity: Digestive Symptoms (gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, etc) and has an immediate and unmistakable reaction
Mar 29, 2010: The lettuce wraps caused severe problems. They may contain soy sauce, which contains wheat. Commentor's sensitivity: Digestive Symptoms (gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, etc), NON-digestive Symptoms (migraines, anemia, joint pain, etc) and can usually (but not always) be certain if they\'ve eaten gluten
Feb 4, 2010: I have eaten off of the gluten free menu many times. I have never had a problem. You have a good selection to choose from and it tastes great. Commentor's sensitivity: Digestive Symptoms (gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, etc) NON-digestive Symptoms (migraines, anemia, joint pain, etc) and has an immediate and unmistakable reaction
May 12, 2009: I was diagnosed with Celiac about 8 years ago from the Mayo Clinic. My reaction is not immediate when I eat gluten by mistake....besides 2 times at PF Changs. Both times I ordered off the gluten free menu and informed the waiter. After eating the lettuce wraps on 2 seperate occasions over 2 years apart I became VERY sick. The first time I barely made it home and the second I got sick in the restaurant. It was so severe I almost went to the hospital. I am scared the next time could be worse and I will never eat there again. I did call and spoke the manager who was very helpful but we couldn't determine what the trigger was. Keep in mind I have never had a reaction like this when I eat gluten. Commentor's sensitivity: Digestive Symptoms (gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, etc) but can NOT be certain if they've eaten gluten
Apr 30, 2008: I found out that everything is cooked in soy oil, so for those who are soy intolerant as well as gluten intolerant, eating at PF Changs is not realistic.
